GuestCraft is free software that you run yourself. The project does not operate installations, does not hold your data and cannot access your instance.

• Questions and help: ask in Q&A. Read the community welcome first.
• Ideas and examples: use the Ideas or Show and tell category.
• Bugs: choose the matching issue form and include a version, deployment method and reproducible steps with redacted evidence.
• Security problems: never in public; follow SECURITY.md.
• Problems of a specific installation (an outage, lost data, a wrong configuration): contact whoever operates that installation. If you operate it, the operator guides in the documentation cover backups, restores and upgrades.
• Channex or an OTA: problems on their side (an account, a mapping that their extranet rejects) go to their support.
